Today was TOPS weigh-in. Home weight 226.8 TOPS wt. 228.5
Slept most of the day, not sure what is going on with me.
Dr. appointment on the 12th.

I need to get some motivation going!
New TOPS book may help, they will order it next week.
Think I am going to start reciting the TOPS pledge daily.
I ate the rest of the pie I had tonight, tomorrow I need to
get back on plan.

Health and exercise:
4 days at gym M, T, Th, F (2-Silver splash and 2-ROM) (not today)
Pool and sauna time (not today)
Back onto my calorie count: 1200-1550 (not today)
Sleep by midnight up by 9am (not today)
4 glasses of water daily (not today)

Home and organization: (not today)
Clear off and clean desk
Set up phone and cord/s
Move puter back onto desk
Work on new budget

Bible catch up (caught up 2 days worth last night)
Perfection catch up (not today)
Get back on my program (not today)

    TOPS Pledge

I am an intelligent person.
I will control my emotions and
not let my emotions control me.
Every time I am tempted to use food
to satisfy my frustrated desires,
build up my injured ego
or dull my senses, I will remember.
Even though I overeat in private
my excess poundage is there
for all the world to see.
I will take off pounds sensibly

Yes, by the time I put on clothes,
it is at least 1 pound added,
any food or drink makes it even
more. I try not to eat all day, we eat at Wendy's
after the meeting .. but ... as an insulin dependant
diabetic, I shouldn't do that either LOL

    I read a study that folks weigh the very most at 7 p.m. Doesn't matter what we've done, 7 p.m., we're going to be heavier every day. Keep that in mind.

    You probably weigh more at TOPS just because it's later in the day than you weigh at home. I think everyone weighs more as the day goes by. That's why we all weigh ourselves first thing in the morning before we eat or drink anything. emoticon before emoticon
