Today was TOPS weigh-in. Home weight 226.8 TOPS wt. 228.5
Slept most of the day, not sure what is going on with me.
Dr. appointment on the 12th.
I need to get some motivation going!
New TOPS book may help, they will order it next week.
Think I am going to start reciting the TOPS pledge daily.
I ate the rest of the pie I had tonight, tomorrow I need to
get back on plan.
Health and exercise:
4 days at gym M, T, Th, F (2-Silver splash and 2-ROM) (not today)
Pool and sauna time (not today)
Back onto my calorie count: 1200-1550 (not today)
Sleep by midnight up by 9am (not today)
4 glasses of water daily (not today)
Home and organization: (not today)
Clear off and clean desk
Set up phone and cord/s
Move puter back onto desk
Work on new budget
Bible catch up (caught up 2 days worth last night)
Perfection catch up (not today)
Get back on my program (not today)
