Post workout Happy

Finished my Barre workout a few minutes ago. Plugged it into my SP fitness tracker then decided to check out some of my stats and figures. Was a little down about the rate of my weight loss this weekend and was taking it a little hard but I'm back feeling motivated, joined a couple new spark teams and...drumroll please...my BMI is down from 41.5 to 38.7! I don't give much stock to my BMI but it's great to know I am actually making some changes!

    I like your goals of around 15 to 20 pounds. I have never really set small goals because I don't ever reward myself for hitting it.. so it doesn't seem much like a goal. I do have a couple long term goals.. Like I would be happy to get around 145-150 but would like to get around 125-130 overall. I follow the BMI a little bit too but don't get too much into it either. Mine has went from 45 to 31.1 so far. Definitely a big change.
