LONG TERM GOALS = 2 mth review
1. to lose 100 lbs (have lost 24 lbs)
2. not to use walker or cane (I dont use either anymore)
3. not to use nebulizer everyday (still working on this one)
4. to complete the entire wsls program & to place (so far / so good)
5. to be able to take care of my personal care w/o assistance (improving still have issues w socks & shoes along with removing bra)
WEEKLY GOALS
STILL DOING THE WEEKLY GOALS AND NEED TO DO NEW ONES & I will as we go into March
Week 1 12-17-12
eat every 3 hrs
go to 3 wsls classes
do the 90 day walk plan
do the 90 exercise plan
Week 2 12-24-12
all of wk 1 goals
do 2 other classes
drink more water
Week 3 12-31-12
all of wk 1 goals
d0 2 other classes
eliminate 3 bad items (soda – fried foods - ? )
Week 4 1-7-13
all of wk 1/3 goals
add 3 good items (hot green tea – apple – ? )
MONTHLY GOAL (my goal was to lose 25 by now & I have lost 24 so yeah me)
Dec – to lose 5 lbs (lost 17)
Jan – to lose 20 lbs (lost 7)
