Ok, I am finally physically tired...

Yes, the weekend of exercerising I did a lot finally caught up to me...my legs were so tired today. Still I made it through Zumba and work.

Also stuck to my WW core program...no foods with flour or added sugar. Didn't even desire cookies, ok I desired them but I didn't have any...

Go ME!! To bed...night... emoticon

    My friend in CA started back to WW too. I ordered The 17 Day Diet book from the library and am awaiting it. Time to start fresh again with spring (hopefully) coming...

    Feel a little better today, stil emoticon emoticon l tired and lethargic, but I can't sleep during the day, so better get out and walk...

    Way to go!! Sticking to a nutrition plan is often difficult enough, more so I think on days when you feel tired or run down. Good for you for resisting temptation. Glad you're getting some well-deserved and much-needed rest!
