This last week I sort of took a mini-vacation. I was home, still did have my daycare kids. So let me explain -- I love to read and I usually only read while I walk on the treadmill. Well, last week I started a new 5 book series (Abram's Daughters by Beverly Lewis). I couldn't put it down. So, every day I read - hardly did anything else, just the bare minimum. This weekend I basically read all day both days. I finished the series last night.
I also had my granddaughters Friday night, then my grandson on Sunday afternoon.
I have stayed pretty close to my nutrition plan and have exercised everyday. I am excited to have started the 5% Challenge -- Go Clovers
I will be changing my daily goals for March as I am exceeding both in exercise and freggies now.
Daily Goals: 2/25
1) Blog --
2) Exercise at least 20 minutes.
