Well, I went for my very first workout
. My trainer (HA! talking about him as if he's all my own) who I haven't seen in six years, greeted me like an old friend. I really like him. He's just this ray of positivity and good spirits. He put me through the paces and came up with a routine that I could do very easily on my own, but was still challenging. I thought I was really out of shape but I was surprised at how well I was able to to the reps. My arm and legs were quaking, but it still felt good. My body was humming afterwards. I'm hoping I won't be too sore tomorrow as I'm going back to do cardio only (go me!) I'll be working with him once a week, then for the rest of the week I'm on my own. All in all I think I'm going to look forward to adding exercise. I want to look at this in the long term, with exercise being a part of my life as opposed to thinking about how much weight I can lose by doing this.
