I am on track. I really am. Finally I feel strong, I found my willpower, I have increased my activity. I am enjoying the food I am eating. Yay....
This week however is a tough one- tonight I went to ladies night, Wednesday I have a wine/food pairing event and Saturday I have friend coming in from out of town for a bachelorette party.
I feel like I can get through this but need some pointers. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know:)
