Spark coach or Wii Active

Monday, February 25, 2013

So I was browsing around on the internet at fitness centers, you know, low cost places like Planet Fitness or Anytime Fitness. They are fairly reasonable but I wouldn't have anyone to work out with, and since my record is spotty at best, I would eventually let someone down, or even off the hook about working out with me. So I was looking at the Sparkcoach. My biggest issue with that is they never say how much until you almost get ready to go. You know what, cost is my huge issue here, so be upfront with me and not make me fake it to get a price. I was looking at the site, but then looked up next to my TV and saw my Wii sitting there. I have the Wii Active and did the 30 day challenge years ago. Actually, I did the 29 day challenge and quit. How sad to get that far and just stop. So today I just got off the couch, restarted the whole 30 day workout and am going to get through the 30 days this time.
What prompted this? Getting out of breath carrying a load of laundry up the stairs. Too young to be so out of shape if you ask me.
