Springing Into Action Week 2 Challenge - Workout Game

I based my workout game on that show,,,watch reruns of it every day. I will do this workout at least twice this week.

NCIS workout plan:

Gibbs says "Grab your gear"....... 10 squats

Abby talks to her machines...... 20 crunches

Dinozzo makes a movie reference...... 20 total bicep curls (10/arm)

Ducky autopsies multiple bodies at the same time...... 10 lunges

Gibbs works on boat.... 20 bridges

Dinozzo slap...... 10 bicycles

Abby drinks a "caf-pow"...... 20 jumping jacks

Bonus march in place during two commercials.
