MAINTAINING THE GOOD AND THE BAD

I have been able to maintain my weight up and down between 5 pounds. That is the good. It is always good not to gain fat weight.
My problem is that I am not where I want to be to just maintain. That is the bad.
I guess I should just be happy that I havenít gained any. AND I am happy about that. I just have gotten lapse about what I have been eating and not exercising as much as I had been.
So time to get back with it because I have several vacations planned to this year and need to get into shape. I am going to Vegas the end of May. Probably going to Florida sometime in July. Then somewhere over Christmas vacation (Florida or Coasta Rica have been brought up by others that are going)
So I have a lot of exciting events to get in shape for.
I did do a 5k walk Sunday and today so I have a good start to get back into the swing of being more active and get me more physically fit!
