Not giving up....

....but I sure have put the weight back on. I have roly poly feeling again. BUT I am NOT giving up!!

I do still ride my recumbent bike and have 72 miles so far this month. Also I challenged my family to work out during commercials during Biggest Loser. The first week was just one commercial and we kept building from there. This week is 9 commercial getting in some good sweaty exercise.

I have lost control of my eating and that is where I know I need to make changes again. I've never had a huge sweet tooth but suddenly I cannot get enough of it. My sweet hubby made me some fudge for Valentine's Day and gave me chocolate covered cherries....I've been eating it ever since. This is one area I know I can change but I also know that eating sugar makes you want sugar so I've got to add a lot of fruits and veggies to get the sweetness in, in a healthy way.

I'm NOT giving up!

    Sounds like you have some great plans for reaching better health -- and weight. I have always had a sweet tooth, so I try for the moderation thing -- or make myself sweet treats that include healthier ingredients. Good luck to you.

    1 day at a time, 1 bite at a time and 1 step forward at a time. Next have no regrets because regrets have a way of sidelining you. Remember you are building a sustainable way to live by what you eat - YOU ARE NOT ON A DIET. When you have an off day accept it and then move on.     The roly poly feeling is something I'm very familiar with...I may steal this great way of describing it! Tell your sweet hubby to stop giving you chocolate and instead give you jewelry to adorn the new you.
