....but I sure have put the weight back on. I have roly poly feeling again. BUT I am NOT giving up!!
I do still ride my recumbent bike and have 72 miles so far this month. Also I challenged my family to work out during commercials during Biggest Loser. The first week was just one commercial and we kept building from there. This week is 9 commercial breaks...so getting in some good sweaty exercise.
I have lost control of my eating and that is where I know I need to make changes again. I've never had a huge sweet tooth but suddenly I cannot get enough of it. My sweet hubby made me some fudge for Valentine's Day and gave me chocolate covered cherries....I've been eating it ever since. This is one area I know I can change but I also know that eating sugar makes you want sugar so I've got to add a lot of fruits and veggies to get the sweetness in, in a healthy way.
I'm NOT giving up!
