Full day at the office so going to the pool was very relaxing and enabled me to reduce the stress of the last couple of days. I did 40 lengths plus some aqua aerobics.
Home to do my video - I redid one I've done before, but this time I was able to do the weights the entire time. I didn't have to put them down.

Still staying on track. Sometimes its hard to make myself do the videos after I've had days like today, but I'm glad I did it.
