I'm altering my eating plan a bit. Oh, I will still try to stick within ranges recommended by SP, of course, but I've been reading about wheat causing belly fat. Well, of course, that depends on where you carry most of the fat on your body.
It reminded me that years ago when I was diagnosed with food allergies, wheat was the main food I gave up. The weight fell off like magic! I bought rice or potato flour to cook with. I made oatmeal cookies with it. I bought rye crackers to have with soup. Now there are rice cakes, too.
I'll start slowly as I just bought a new loaf of my fav Healthy Life bread and buns as well.
I am also eating more low fat dairy. I found you can freeze the whipped style yogurt and eat it like ice cream! I'm adding a scoop of chia seeds to it.
I will let you know how it goes.
I have lots of dr appointments and tests coming up to see if I have TIA. I recently had a scary episode where I COULD NOT SPEAK! Terrifying (especially for a Toastmaster). The CT scan shows I have had strokes.
Life goes on, my attitude is positive. I will follow my inner guidance (ACIM team-you know what that is).
