Well my Sparkfriends.. it has happened! Since Christmas I have gained back 8.2 pounds.. I post this blog to keep me accountable. I clearly said at some point that for me it was essential to get on that
every AM. You guessed it! I haven't been doing it regularly. And while I've been exercising faithfully, it hasn't been enough to balance my consumption!
Nice way of putting it, eh?
To be fair to me, I haven't been well since October and have been home on sick leave, so I have spent a good deal of time lying or sitting down. Still , I knew that I should be watching more carefully and it's just so hard to be at home with all the food around
How do people keep it off when they are at home all day for whatever reason? Any ideas?? I see retired friends out for lunches with lots of time to socialize ( which to me means eating).. but perhaps they are able to balance it all with increased activity?
All I know is it is far easier to keep weight off when you are at work, away from the kitchen, and involved in activities which divert you from eating!
How do all you folks at home keep the weight in check?
PS: Obviously I will be on line more than I have been, I have "work" to do!
