Step Goal Achieved

Since I got my Jawbone UP, I have been more motivated to meet the 10K step total per day. I am a numbers person and this is what keeps me motivated. I like it when I achieve the goal and even surpass it. I use this as a substitute for the weight scale. I still weigh in, but only every few days. I feel this device was a good purchase as it has helped me stay more goal oriented. I have lost 16 lbs. since purchasing it. I hope to continue this week too. It is hard to get the 10K every day, but 5 or the 7 days is definitely reachable.
