Yes, I am starting on another Day 1. Life and laziness pulled me from the diet and exercise the first time, so I am back at it again!
I was frustrated for quite some time with my diet. I am on Coumadin and have been for about a year. All i heard when i first started was "Stay away from green veggies" but there didnt seem to be anything detailed that the dr could tell me. Well i have found a website called www.ptinr.com and it is very helpful. It breaks down the vitamin k content in pretty much anything i would want to eat. Including green veggies. So, now that i have a better idea of what i can eat, and how much of those items, I am back on the diet! and will start Pilates this week since i cannot do strenuous exercise.

So here is to hoping I will be seeing some improvements in the coming weeks :)
