- Has been a busy past week. While I was not very active at all on SparkPeople and even missed a day and a half in the middle of the week for tracking my food, I am grateful for having had the time the previous month and a half to invest in SparkPeople as I was able to still make good and healthy choices for my food even if I wasn't able to spend the hour a day I like reading articles and participating on the page.

- While I didn't get to exercise every day, I was mindful of this fact and am determined to have a good week of workouts and tracking.

- My turtle is doing well.
