Is a book by Ben Davis. It's about his journey to losing 120lbs. It very inspiring. He talks a lot about food addiction which I can relate. I have no problems with working out, as matter of fact I love working out. It's eating that I have a the biggest problem. I am a total emotional eater. Especially when I'm stressed out. It's always nice to know you are not alone in your problems. I recommend you check it out. So far It's a great book and I'm only to chapter 3.

Funny you say that! I've been a gym rat for the past 30 years. My weight has been all over the board too, but my working out was always consistent. I too am an emotional /stress eater....gotta work on that...

Mandy, I think I could have written this. If it weren't for emotional eating, I don't think I'd have a weight problem.

I only exercise so that I can eat cake when I want! Ha. I have to admit, I think I am an emotional eater too. I never really thought I was til this past fall when my Dad passed away. I got sick of crying, so I started eating s'mores ever day. Then I noticed that I was eating when I was upset about other things. It gets ugly when you step back and have a peek at yourself!

I have found cutting out stress has helped a lot. I just don't deal with some of it anymore nor get worked up over it. Stress can do a lot of damage not just in eating!!
    Good luck!
