Is a book by Ben Davis. It's about his journey to losing 120lbs. It very inspiring. He talks a lot about food addiction which I can relate. I have no problems with working out, as matter of fact I love working out. It's eating that I have a the biggest problem. I am a total emotional eater. Especially when I'm stressed out. It's always nice to know you are not alone in your problems. I recommend you check it out. So far It's a great book and I'm only to chapter 3.
