Reflecting: The Year So Far

These first two months of the year have been difficult for me. Between working and not having time, or feeling like I haven't had the time to do anything, I have fell a number of times away from my focus.

I do not feel like I am making progress this year yet. I gained weight, I started eating at restaurants, started eating junk foods, etc.

So, today, I am standing up again. I will get through the stress, the difficulties, and I will come ahead of it and be stronger because of it! No more will I let things drag me down and away from my focus! Today, and everyday, will be a no excuse day! "JUST DO IT" I will shout at myself!

I can and I will get back on track!
