Re-evaluating and Slowing it Down

Since Christmas I've really been putting a lot of pressure on myself to loose weight faster, push harder when running, eat less. It was wearing me out! So I've backed off. I've extended my time to target weight from this summer to September. I've decided I'm not going to run the half marathon in April-I'll find a shorter race to run. I feel like a million pound weight is off my shoulders!!
