I was up a teensy bit yesterday. A bit disappointing but it is what it is. I did marginally well at tracking my food/exercise but I feel like I'm getting smug and slipping. Can't you let it go to your head!
The goal this week: Remain fixated upon my goals. Don't let complacency slip in.
And don't be sick. I don't feel so hot right now....
