Ailing Sparky checking in. That Abdominal disorder that has been ripping through the schools found its way to inflict its gastro-intestinal disorder on the older generation. It is not interfered with my gym Activities-yet.
By now you should have dropped 3 pounds since game inception, to be on glidepath. Comment below to report your progress or lack thereof. If you claim Abdominal issues as the reason for whackazoid scale numbers, you owe me rent as I have a hotel on that square.
By the way, the PT hour went well. I learned new methods of self-torture with the weights at the gym. When we have exterminated corporate debt and finished paying for college, maybe I'll enlist the paid services of a PT. Until then, its enough of an investment just to be at the gym.
