GRAPEFRUIT Game - Week 3 (The "A" week)

Ailing Sparky checking in. That Abdominal disorder that has been ripping through the schools found its way to inflict its gastro-intestinal disorder on the older generation. It is not interfered with my gym Activities-yet.

By now you should have dropped 3 pounds since game inception, to be on glidepath. Comment below to report your progress or lack thereof. If you claim Abdominal issues as the reason for whackazoid scale numbers, you owe me rent as I have a hotel on that square.

By the way, the PT hour went well. I learned new methods of self-torture with the weights at the gym. When we have exterminated corporate debt and finished paying for college, maybe I'll enlist the paid services of a PT. Until then, its enough of an investment just to be at the gym.

Fair well this week, Sparkies. Maybe next week when I am feeling myself the blog will be more entertaining. For now, just the basics. Trust you understand.

    Just maintaining last week and I have no excuses. I am making some more "corrections" and will see what this week brings. I am making a conscious effort to up the protein with Greek yogurt and hemp seeds. Yum, yum!!! I will let everyone know how that works!

    Sorry about your "bug." I'm just getting over mine and I promise, I did not send you mine. I have others in my sights, for that.

I neither lost nor gained, last week. Put that down to too tired to" R"ace around. This week I bring my "A" game. Walking, "A"ll around my plotted route, "A"bstaining from things that are not on my sparky list of edibles, "A"dhering to my exercise routine. "A"ll the best to the other members!!

    I hope you feel better Mark. Keep your germs to yourself and don't give them to your beautiful wife. I am maintaining but some reason this week I lost a substantial amount of weight. I have readjusted my goals and therefore my calories have gone up. Last week 131.9 this week 128.4. A loss of 3.5 pounds. emoticon
