Why not me? In Week 8 of the Biggest Loser, this is what one of the contestants is finally saying. Well, I’m saying it too. I’m making positive change in my life. I am achieving success in other aspects of my life, so why not in health and fitness? I can and I will.

The bonus challenge for Springing into Action this week is to add an inspirational quote to my page. I don’t know if “Why not me?” is a quote per se, but I’m here to tell you it is because I’m saying it!! I re-titled my Spark page with the mantra to remind me. As long as I make good choices, there’s no reason it shouldn’t be me.

I had to come into the office today. Usually I wait until the evening to exercise on days I drive in. Today, I made myself a little late for work to complete a 20 minute workout, but it was worth it. Priorities, priorities, me, me, me!
