Back and on track

The cruise with our kids was wonderful. We all came home safe, and life is back to normal for all. Thanking God for that!
I started right in on getting my hour of exercise (5 miles) in 5-6 days a week. It is also nice to be able to access SparkPeople and track my nutrition and exercise. Those silly calories sure do add up fast! I try and get the tracking started early in the morning so I don't overeat at a meal. That way I can work in a snack somewhere along the way too.
It's good to be home!
