That's how I've been feeling these past 4 days with a strained back. The weather is miserable, wet, windy, cold, dreary, blah.
For the past two months, I get up, go to the computer(SP) find out what I can eat,
go to the kitchen make my meal, eat it. Then try to figure out what I can do to make the day pass faster.
At lunch, it's the same. Go to the computer, go to the kitchen, etc, etc,

Whaaaaaw...I think I have cabin fever.

Inspite of this mental fog I'm in, I have been doing well with my weight loss.
Another 2 lb. down last week... emoticonsurprised me...I was hoping for at least .5 as my back kept me from exercising as much as I usually do.

And that's what I'm here, again, know SP works, friends encouragement keeps you going when you're in a suck it up princess, and realize how blessed you really are!

That's my ramble for this week...hope you all are doing well, and if not, know that Sparkers are a great inspiration and support...don't feel afraid to reach out, it doesn't indicate weakness, asking for help indicates acknowledgement of yourself and your needs. In my eyes, it is a sign of strength.

I need to get back to planning out the days meals before I eat them. I haven't been able to get on Spark as much lately and I have been tracking the calories I eat, but it isn't the same as planning each meal out. Congrats on your weight loss!!! And I hope your back starts to feel better soon.

Ouch! I hope your back gets better soon!
In this dull weather, it seems like our meals are the most important thing of the day Lyn. Wait till spring and we're outdoors, we won't even think of inside the house!
You're doing great, lady, keep up the good work!

Sorry for your mental fog. I am happy you are having some success anyway, despite the limitations of aches and pains and mental fuzz. Good for you! 2 lbs is terrific! emoticon
