So, I am going to pretend last week never happened. I let myself get behind in school and was majorly stressed out. I didn't make it to the gym a single day and even ate out a couple of times. I am going to put that behind me and start fresh today.
Right now I am at 335 fitness minutes for the month and I want to finish strong. My goal for this week is to reach 165 fitness minutes. My plan is to hit the gym M-R for an intense 30 minutes of cardio and complete at least 15 minutes of strength training on MWF. I felt great and had so much energy when I was working out everyday - I want to feel like that again this week!
