I lost 2 lbs! Totaling 8lbs since i started. Week three was one of the easiest so far and i know i've said this before but it really does just keep getting easier, especially when people ask if i want sweets or some unhealthy kind of food, i can easily say no now ( i never could see the day!) I exercised 4 days last week, three days on the elliptical for 30 mins plus stretching and a few muscle stuff, and the other day roughly two hours of belly dancing. I am really enjoying bellydancing, even though I'm still new and getting used to it. It's very difficult! haha, i'm still learning to move each of my body parts separately from one another lol. I did slip up with food on Saturday a little which made me a little nervous.
So, i live with my dad and he just retired two days ago. We live in a little apartment and i have to keep my elliptical in the living room. Since Dad will be home all day, i'm a little worried to have to workout in front of him, i just think it's a little weird is all, and someone please tell me if this thought process is normal or not lol. But I really like to workout hard and sweat a lot, sing out loud, pump my music, but by him being home kind of puts a damper in my plans. Don't get me wrong Im a daddies girl and i love him to death, but he needs to get out of the house don't ya think? I mean I definitely still plan on working out whether he's in the living room with me or not, but it's weird right?
