Me? I'm giving winter hiking a shot by going after not one but TWO 4000+ footers on Saturday with TRACYTRIS. Yup. Yikes! But I said "sure!" before I had time to think about the scary cold-elevation-ice-climbing-oh

i am checking out a new yoga studio which also has a (gasp!) gym. i'm a little apprehensive about trying something new (they have lots of different types), and i am absolutely terrified that this means i literally have NO EXCUSE any more ;)
