Here we go

Well back in August of 2011 I started this program, I did so well with the tracking and the exercising that I lost 30 pounds. I do not know what happened next , however I stopped exercising. Then I stopped tracking. Oh no I started drinking soda again. I have put back on all except 8 pounds.
This is the only part of the program I really did not partake in. I thought about writing every time we (my husband & I) were hiking. I thought I about how I could write about how freeing this had become, ( I never hiked before sparkpeople) how we would pick new trails and see new parts of the state. I started following park groups on my facebook to know when the next challenge was going to be. I still follow them and I still hike , but not as much as I did or want to do again. This is why I started writing, maybe by writing it down I will see the pattern . Prevent a pit fall and actually succeed.
So here we go again! I have started with the most basic of goals ..drink the water. emoticon
