Getting my "Jam" on

Started back up on Turbo Jam this morning and oh man, I had forgotten what a workout that stuff is! I haven't done it since right after I got my gallbladder out. I figured it was a good workout then since it didn't do lifting weights or using bands which was out for a while and I lost a lot of weight with it and since I'd only done it once, I figured I wouldn't be sick of it. I was enjoying it but oh man, I was already sore going in and just the easy Learn & Burn had me more sore and breaking a sweat. I used the gloves for about 1/2 of it and then gave them up. Going to just keep putting them on and eventually I'll keep them on the whole workout.

Ended up doing another 2.5hrs in the garden yesterday just planting all the bulbs I have. We'll see probably next spring what ends up surviving and blooming well there and also what exactly I have. LOL Really not sure with my iris what colors I have and what will do well here so we'll see and then I can figure out if I'm happy where things are and with the colors or if I want to change things up. I really enjoyed being out there tho but I definitely need to work on getting some better tools and gloves. LOL

Today is a crazy day running around and dealing with extra kid stuff and then my book group tonight. I did well foodwise yesterday and am going to try to drink plenty of water today and do my best there tonight.
