Down 2 lbs

I'm happy the scale is moving in a positive way. I'm just not sure what I can attribute this to. 1) No sweets since Ash Wednesday; 2) incorporated body pump (the past week) and a better spin class (two weeks ago); 3) scaled back on my road running but running intervals on my treadmill (can I tell you how much I am liking jumping jacks and squats every quarter mile - grrr). 4) weight loss study conducted at work that uses sprinkles (similar to the brand name product on the market).
Maybe it's a combination of all things.
Whatever it is, I am down 2 lbs so I'll just keep doing what I've been doing! Woo hoo.
