Well, I did pretty good on my eating plan for about a week and a half. Then Valentine's Day hit, and I got given something like 8 small boxes of chocolates. Then we went out to dinner that night. And then we went out of town for the long weekend. And then, and then, and then. Grrrr.
BUT yesterday (Sunday) I mostly did good. I ate a pretty healthy brunch and snacks. Yes, I did have Taco Bell for dinner, and ate too much. I'm back up 3 pounds after having dropped 7 really quickly. But 3 weeks in and down 4lbs isn't bad. And not having cake and ice cream and candy yesterday, means that I'm not craving junk so far today. I have a lovely leg-of-lamb in the fridge (already cooked) waiting on me for dinner tonight. I can reset. My pants are fitting looser already, even if not loosely enough to go down a size.
