I survived the first weekend of my new Lifestyle change! I went a tiny bit over my suggested Calorie intake on Saturday, but it was all veggies, so I don't feel too bad about it. Now if it had been on junk food I'd feel awful!
I didn't get to the gym like I had hoped, but that's ok. I was active! I walked the dogs twice as far as usual and twice a day versus just once.
I think, now that I have completed week one, I need to invest in a scale.... Time to start tracking the poundage lost!
