Step-Back Week in Training

This week I have a "step-back" week in my marathon training program so my weekend long run is shortened to give a little break, which is good because I'll be going out of town for the weekend. Here is the plan for this week:

Monday: Rest/ Dog walk
Tuesday: 3 miles
Wednesday: 7 miles
Thursday: 4 miles
Friday: Rest
Saturday/ Sunday: Crosstrain one day for 45 minutes/ Ten mile run the other day
