SMART Goal for 2/25/2013 thru 3/31/2013

The crux of it is to lose 6 pounds. That's it. 6 pounds. I can do this. I have been gaining and losing the same 10 pounds for two months now. I'll gain 5 then lose 2 or 3 and then lose another 2 or 3. Then, I'll gain back another 5 and lose it again. UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But, I am determined to lose it. I am tired of saying to myself, "I've done it before, I can do it again." The only thing I have managed to do is to convince myself that I can do it. Not actually doing it. Talk is cheap.
