Good morning Everyone,
So I continue to Weigh myself & do my Measurements every week & still from last week my Weight is up & my Measurements are the same! So thats good news at least! But heres my new way of Weighing myself on a Weekly Basis! I worked out everyday doing between 47 mins & up of Aerobics everyday & on Sunday I only did 10 minutes because thats my relaxing day because I deserve at least one after working soo hard everyday! Each day I made sure I drank 64 oz of Water, & I also stuck to only Eating Healthy & also made alot of Nutrious & Healthy Smoothies for Breakfast! I never cheated & never ate No Junk Food! Actually I'm celebrating 55 Days today of Not Eating Lays Potato Chips or even having one Scoop of Friendlys Ice Cream! So yeah I believe I'm still doing great & these are my accomplishments from last week! So bye bye Scale you won't deter me from my Goal! So just wanted to share my Good News with everyone!
