We rolled into home around midnight and got to bed after 02:00; we have a lot to do before we head out to Texas tomorrow afternoon. Home has its pitfalls too, and I am very aware of them this week which is a good way to head them off. There is chicken and mushroom gravy in the crockpot to go over brown rice this evening along with lots of veggies which will also give us a healthier "TV dinner" to take along.
At some point I will get in my dumbbell routine pictured in an earlier post and some cardio; maybe a walk around the lake if I'm a good girl. (Always doubtful!

Now that you know I am going to exercise I am honor bound to actually do it. Honestly I think I could just sit here all day.
