Goals for the Week of Feb 25-Mar 3

Last Week:

1 - Eat at least 6 fruits/veggies everyday.
2 - Eat a HEALTHY breakfast everyday.
3 - Celebrate a NSV this week.
4 - Stay within my sodium range.
5 - Read 1-2 books.
6 - Organize my clothes.
7 - Exercise at least 5 days this week.

How I Did:

1 - 4 out of 7 days. Hit 5 servings on the other days.
2 - Terrible! I think this was one of my worst breakfast weeks yet.
3 - Hubby was able to pick me up! Like literally, pick me up.
4 - I went over 4 days, but only by a less than 100 mg each time.
5 - Yes.
6 - Didn't do much here - too busy of a week!
7 - Absolutely!

This week:

1 - Eat at least 6 fruits/veggies everyday.

4 - Stay within my sodium range.
5 - Read 1-2 books.
6 - Organize my clothes.
7 - Exercise at least 5 days this week.

Keeping the same goals as I didn't hit all of them. The ones I hit I think are worth repeating!
