This Week's Goals:

I'm in a bit of a plateau. I think I've gotten lazy. So, without further ado, this weeks goals are:

1. Don't weekday drink. I've been very stressed lately and missing the early days when fiance and I used to drink on Tuesdays so I have been drinking on Tuesdays. The first week was fine. I portion controlled my intake and even planned a snack all within my ranges. But the second week got out of control. And so did the third week. Now I think it's time for a break. I've proven that I can't be trusted. lol.

2. Work out twice a day, every day, Monday through Friday. I usually do this anyway but there have been days in the last three weeks where I've skipped to sleep in or had an early meeting and refused to get up earlier to get my workout in. My second workout is short and there's no reason not to do it, even on Friday which is when I usually get caught up with other things.

3. Eat 1500 or less calories every day. This is mid range for me and there's no reason I can't do it. If I need to cut back more next week, I will but this seems like a good jumping off point.
