i decided to change up my exercise routine this week. i do that every few weeks. it keeps me motivated and inspired. the other day, i went and got some healthy snacks for the week with my daughter. she likes to help pick some out. she takes some for school and the rest we share throughout the week. my birds are doing well. they are enjoying chatting with the many others that they hear every day. have an amazing day,everyone!
