Well my first week getting things back in line went "ok". I did an ok job at logging my food but I didn't have access to a computer Saturday/Sunday the majority of the time so when I finally was home I wasn't 100% sure what was consumed or volumes. I need to get the Spark app back on my phone apparently. Because of being away Saturday/Sunday my food was really crappy. Also I was in a place that I swear is an anomaly - it is 40 min to get to any place that isn't a greasy spoon diner. I suppose I could pack food to bring but that is hard when the people you are with always want to go grab food somewhere or hit a drive through. I need to re-educate myself on dining out and asap! I did decent with the exercising Saturday/Sunday though so at least I am pleased about that but it wasn't structured exercise which often makes me not think that it is good to count it or log it as exercise.... meh.
I lost no weight which is always a bit disheartening but I know I will. I honestly do feel stronger in a short amount of time so hopefully the physical changes will be measurable soon! So - my goals this week will be keep on keeping on, log food everyday -- not just most days, drink more water every day -- not just most days, structured exercise 5 days a week minimum -- not just 4 days.
