Weekly goals February 24 - 30

I'm pretty sure I forgot to blog last week. I guess it happens when you get busy, but that's no excuse I should be posting so everyone can see my progress and let me know what I am doing well and what I am doing wrong.
This week I want to lose 2lbs, I do not want to gain/lose the same 2lbs over and over like I keep doing, it's not acceptable any longer. I think a lot of it has to do with food tracking. I'm lacking in that area.
So here are my goals for this week.

1. Track everything I eat and drink every single day. No excuses!
2. Keep the water habit going (80oz per day minimum).
3. Lose 2lbs this week
4. Start Turbo Jam program tonight.
5. Look into a gym membership at 24 hour fitness, and start using their pool.
