My husband is going to the gym three times a week. I am having trouble getting there more than once per week.

I am doing at home work outs, but I seem to have reasons why I do not make it to the gym - late meetings four times/week... etc

Excuses can't rule my life, but my life is unlikely to become less busy. I need a plan, so this week I am scheduling time - let's see how it goes

    I've discovered that I HAVE to schedule my workout time, just like I would any other appointment that isn't optional.... just because I OWE it to myself to take care of ME! Of course, your workout doesn't have to take place in a gym... the important thing is putting yourself at the top of your list of priorities and just doing it!
