ups and downs

My husband is going to the gym three times a week. I am having trouble getting there more than once per week.
I am doing at home work outs, but I seem to have reasons why I do not make it to the gym - late meetings four times/week... etc
Excuses can't rule my life, but my life is unlikely to become less busy. I need a plan, so this week I am scheduling time - let's see how it goes
