Well - I'm back again. I lost 35lb last time on here and stopped after a holiday in July. I have now put 26lb back on - so angry with myself!
I cannot do this without my daily blog - what is wrong with me? Its only 10 mins a day to record what I;ve eaten a write about it and it really works.
My mantra - I will log and blog!
