DAY 1 - MONDAY 25TH FEBRUARY 2013

Well - I'm back again. I lost 35lb last time on here and stopped after a holiday in July. I have now put 26lb back on - so angry with myself!
I cannot do this without my daily blog - what is wrong with me? Its only 10 mins a day to record what I;ve eaten a write about it and it really works.
My mantra - I will log and blog!

    Hang in there! It's so easy to beat yourself up over gaining back some of the weight, I've been doing the same thing, but it really doesn't do any good. Keep positive, look forward, today is a new day, and it's what you do from today on that's important, you can't change the past. You're right, recording everything is key, so keep it up!
