5% Challenge - Day 2

Sunday, February 24, 2013

The day got off to a good start and I was able to do 128 minutes of exercise, which I am glad I did early. However, life takes over and things happened that made the rest of the afternoon turn into a somber and worrisome day. My DS is having a relapse, which I think has to do with a change in his medication two weeks ago. He had been doing so well since December and today it all came tumbling down. We all know how it is when your children are hurting. I will try to get him in to see the doctor so we can see if it is the new medication not working as they should. Hoplesness settles in and all I can do is talk to him and pray!
I will try my hardest to get my exercise in and hopefully this will help release some of the stress.
I needed to write about this to get out of my system and not choke with worry!!!
Thanks for listening!

Oh My Friend I know how you feel!!! I want through quite a few months of this with my DD. She is doing better right now but they changed her meds.....I do not know why and I am holding my breathe. I know you are scared and feel helpless. All you can do is let him know you love him and he is not alone, and get him to the doctor as soon as possible. My prayers are with you and your family.
