Breakfast yogurt and 2 tbsp granola sprinkled on top
Lunch Salad, cherry tomatoes, avocados, and 1/4 cup cottage cheese.
Dinner lasagna ( small, playing card size serving)
Dessert butternut squash with sugar and cinnamon sprinkled on top.
Its a huge difference for me to include vegetables in my meals, to the point that I made salad a meal. But when the calories add up to 1.400 it makes me feel a bit annoyed. Okay, I don't feel hunger. I don't feel like I went without today,,,but doesn't that salad count for something? Jeez, I might as well eat a box of donuts to top it all off.
