Have had a quiet week.
Not much done, health or otherwise.
Took neighbor to two doctors over two days.
It always drains me to spend that much time with
Mostly just vegged all week.
The month is almost over, with little progress.
Going to try to get myself back together and
start March out with a plan.
I am back up several pounds, mostly from
careless and "care less" eating and dropped exercise "ball".
I did get some good exercise today.
Shoveled lots of snow so I got weight lifting AND aerobics.
Health and exercise:
4 days at gym M, T, Th, F (2-Silver splash and 2-ROM)
Pool and sauna time
Back onto my calorie count: 1200-1550
Sleep by midnight up by 9am
4 glasses of water daily
Home and organization:
Clear off and clean desk
Set up phone and cord/s
Move puter back onto desk
Work on new budget
Bible catch up
Perfection catch up
Get back on my program
