After much procrastination today, I eeked out Day 6 of Insanity. As I wrote to a friend, I hate it, I hate it, I hate it. That is a quitting attitude BUT, I'm curious to see how much better I get the longer I do it, so I will persevere. I also found last night, this neat 100 Push Ups Program, and 200 Squats Program. There's also dips, but I think that can wait for a bit. I did the push up test and know where to start. The squat test I haven't done yet but plan on doing it.
Today I earned a trophy for exercise minutes for February. That was a nice little pick me up. I've tracked my food. Hm. Still need to eat some vegetables today. Guess I'll go do that now before it gets any later.
