my personal challenge: putting words and thoughts into action

As I sit here (eating Santitios chips) I'm thinking about refraining from junk food for one week. No chips, cake, cookies, candy or fast food. Every time I think I want to indulge but I am able to refrain I am going to jot down how many calories I would have consumed and tally it up next Sunday. Hopefully If I can maintain my willpower, I'll gain a better perspective on my mindless snacking.
