I think that it's extremely important to write about your weight loss experience. Especially because I love to write! So far, my lifestyle has transformed completely and I am so happy that it has. I look at others around me struggling with food and weight and I consider myself so lucky to enjoy eating clean. I incorporate fruits and veggies into every meal and always eat a large breakfast. I also stick to calorie counting but allow myself unlimited veggies and strawberries. I also believe that concentrating on the nutritional value will contribute to a healthy lifestyle and not just the calorie count. I have lost 10 pounds since last year and I would love to lose an additional 10 pounds by this summer to obtain my dream body :) My boyfriend and I have a gym schedule and tomorrow is a leg day!
